We turn empty rooms into inviting, story-filled spaces that help buyers and guests fall in love at first sight. Whether it’s a family imagining their future in a new home or a traveler settling into a cozy retreat, we design spaces that make connections—and results—happen.

  • Sometimes, a little personality goes a long way. With this package, we add cozy touches and simple decor to bring warmth and charm to your client’s home. It’s perfect for occupied homes that need a quick refresh to make a lasting impression. (No large furniture included).

  • Help your clients make the best first impression. In this 1.5 to 2-hour walkthrough (available in-person or virtually), we provide expert recommendations and a detailed checklist to prepare the home for market. From simple updates to strategic adjustments, we’ll make sure the property shines and appeals to today’s buyers—so you can sell faster and for top dollar.

    $200 (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON)

  • Every home has a story—let’s help buyers see it. For vacant properties, I’ll bring in stylish furniture and decor to highlight the home’s potential. For occupied homes, I’ll work with what’s already there, adding fresh touches to make it feel welcoming and move-in ready. The result? Listings that feel like home and attract buyers right away.
